Vogue India mixes things up a little this month with Victoria Beckham on the cover. It’s very refreshing to not see a Bollywood starlet on the cover in the usual gown or couture piece (are they too modern for sari’s now?). Instead we have Victoria wearing a traditonal Indian Bridal Sari!
I love the piece itself and the fact that she’s only wearing a tika and no other jewellery (Indian brides can be a little OTT at times), but im not too keen on her hair and the background is way too similar to Aishwarya’s cover last month, which also seemed like a bridal issue at the time.
Thank you Vogue India for finally styling someone in a traditional Indian piece…..even if it has taken you over a year!.
