Versace Collection has opened its first shop in North America...at Saks Fifth Avenue. Located on the designer 7th floor, the 600 square-foot space is endowed with black leather walls and steel fixtures.Among the menswear offerings are tailored clothing, dress shirts and sportswear. "We re-launched Versace Collection in 2006 and as a testament to the strength of the business and our belief in the growth potential," said Thomas Ott, Saks' senior vice president of men's, home and luxury gifts.
"We are excited to have the first Collection shop in our New York flagship. The brand has become increasingly important for our men's stores nationally to better service the modern customer."
